Solid construction is what we do every day. How we work

We price straight. No surprise figures mid-project. Right, that matters more than people realise, because a lot of building disputes come down to unclear scope at the start.

We use dense-aggregate concrete blocks for party wall builds where acoustic separation is a requirement. That keeps us compliant and keeps your neighbours settled. We carry out a full structural assessment before any load-bearing wall comes down.

Loft conversions in particular

Loft conversions are a big part of what we do. We’ve worked on roofs all across the BR3 postcode and beyond. A dormer done properly adds usable square footage without touching your garden. We handle the steelwork, the staircase, the insulation, and the finish.

Short sentences matter here. Check your roof void first. We’ll measure it. Minimum 2.2 metres after conversion. That’s the number that decides everything.
