Rain finds every weakness. That is just a fact. I have been watching what damp, frost, and a good British winter do to houses around Bromley for years, and it shapes everything about how we work.

We are a building firm rooted in SE London. Structural work, groundworks, extensions, loft and garage conversions, plastering, rendering, brickwork, new builds. We handle the lot, and we handle it properly.

The work itself

Every job starts at foundation level. We get the groundworks right first (that is where most problems begin, not at the surface). Blockwork, brickwork, structural alterations, internal reconfigurations. We have done everything from knocking two rooms into one to building a full new garage from the slab up.

Plastering and rendering come at the end, but they matter. A rough finish drags down everything else.

Maintenance and repairs

Not every job is a big build. Walls crack. Pointing goes soft. Render lifts. We sort those out too, without making a week-long project out of a two-day fix. Straightforward work, honest price.

However impressive a build looks on paper, it is the detailing that decides how long it lasts. We work to a standard we are comfortable putting our name to.
