The stuff most builders skip over

We pay close attention to groundworks and foundations because that is where most problems start. We also carry out damp proofing regularly, including fitting chemical damp proof anchors into the masonry where rising damp has taken hold. It is one of those jobs that gets ignored until the plaster starts bubbling (and by then it costs a lot more to fix).

How we work

Every project starts with a proper site visit. We look at what is there, talk through what you want, and give you a written quote before anything moves. No vague estimates, no surprises when the invoice arrives.

When brickwork is exposed, we match bond patterns and mortar colour carefully. When we render, we work to a clean, even finish. The detail matters to us on every job.

We are based in Tonbridge and take on work across TN9, TN10, TN11, and the broader Tonbridge and Malling area. However, for larger projects we are flexible on distance.
