How we work on site

Before any block gets laid, we assess the ground properly. In older Cheshire properties especially, we come across rising damp more than you’d think. We carry out damp proofing as part of our scope, including putting in a chemical damp proof course where the original has failed or was never installed to begin with. It saves a lot of grief later, honestly.

When we’re doing extensions, we dig out and form the foundations ourselves. No subcontracting that out to someone we’ve never worked with before.

Renovations and maintenance

We take on renovation work across all property types. That covers structural alterations, internal reconfigurations and general building maintenance. With older stock in this part of Cheshire, there’s always something that needs doing properly rather than patched over.
