Wet winters crack it. That is just the truth. I have been working across Cheshire long enough to know that damp ground, frost cycles, and poorly built foundations are behind most of the jobs we get called out to fix. We do it right the first time.

Extensions are what most people come to us for first. A rear extension in a CH2 postcode terrace needs a proper consideration of drainage falls and existing drain runs. We handle that ourselves. We do not hand that problem to someone else.

How we work

We price fairly. No surprises buried in a contract. I have been on sites where the original quote bore no resemblance to the final invoice (and I have seen homeowners in tears over it). That is not how we operate here.

Structural work is where corners get cut most often. It is also, quietly, the least glamorous part of any job. We take it seriously anyway.

Brickwork, blockwork, concrete, sand and cement render. We work with the materials that actually hold up in a Cheshire winter, not whatever is cheapest on the day.
