Right, here is what I find people do not always realise. A small leak left alone will rot the timbers underneath before you ever see a damp patch on the ceiling. Catch it early, it’s a short job. Leave it, and sure you’d be amazed at the damage hiding up there.

Flat roofs are a big part of what we do. We use proper EPDM rubber membrane on most flat roof jobs now, it lasts far longer than the old felt systems and handles the wet Cheshire winters without lifting or cracking. However, we still work with torch-on felt where the job calls for it.

Gutters and fascias. Blocked drainage causes more roof damage than most people think. We clear, repair, and replace full guttering systems, uPVC fascia boards, and soffits, keeping water moving away from the structure the way it should.
