Long Island doesn’t go easy on asphalt, and we see it every spring along roads like CR 83, where the freeze-thaw cycle has chewed up surfaces that were laid without the right prep or the right mix. That’s exactly the kind of damage we fix, and more importantly, we lay work that holds up to it.

We’ve been doing this long enough to know that temperature swings from below freezing in January up into the nineties in July will expose any shortcut you took. We don’t take shortcuts.

Asphalt is what we know best. Good base, proper compaction, right grade for drainage. If interlock pavers are more your style, we do that too, and we’ll tell you honestly which one makes more sense for your site. We’re not going to upsell you on something that doesn’t suit the ground conditions you have.

Paving isn’t glamorous work. It’s heavy, it’s hot in summer, and you’ve got a narrow window between ground temp and pour. We’ve been doing this long enough that we don’t need to make it complicated.
