We are a building contractor based in Runcorn, Cheshire, and we have been getting our hands dirty on residential and commercial projects across this area for years. From groundworks up to roof level, we cover the full build.

The work we take on

We handle the kind of jobs that need proper structural thinking, not just a coat of paint. Foundations, brickwork, blockwork, drainage falls, load-bearing alterations, the lot. Right across WA7 and the surrounding postcodes, we are the crew people call when the work is serious.

We do a lot of loft conversions. It is one of the most practical ways to add usable floor space without touching the footprint of the house. We have done them on terraces near Halton Castle, semis out towards Frodsham, and detached properties close to the Runcorn Shopping City end of town.

We work around the Mersey estuary corridor, however we regularly travel further for the right project. Materials are specified properly. Blockwork is laid to correct bed thickness. Cavity insulation is fitted to current Part L standards.
