What We Do

Solid building work. That is what we have been focused on since we started, and it is what every job we take on comes back to.

We are based in Frodsham, Cheshire, and we cover the full range of building work that homeowners and developers need. From the groundworks up to the roof, the structural stuff is where we are most at home.

Garage conversions are something we do a fair bit of around here. A lot of homes near Helsby and out towards Runcorn have integral garages that owners want to bring into the house properly. Done right, it adds real room without extending the footprint.

How We Work

We use facing brick, dense concrete block, sand and cement render, and board and skim plaster depending on what the job calls for. We are not cutting corners on materials.

Loft work involves assessing the existing roof structure before touching anything, it is easy to underestimate what is already carrying load up there. We check that properly before any cutting or modification starts.

Extensions near the Frodsham area often sit on clay-heavy ground. We take soil conditions seriously at foundation stage, because that is where problems begin if you rush it.
