Porcelain is popular right now and it looks well, but it needs the right bed beneath it or it cracks inside two winters. We’ve fixed enough other people’s work near the Kylemore Road junction to know exactly what corners get cut.

We work in natural stone a lot. Indian sandstone, granite, limestone, each one beds differently and each one drains differently. Getting that right first time saves you a call back in eighteen months.

A flat, level patio is the bare minimum. Everything else is just taste.
