Materials and methods

On flat roofs, we typically use EPDM rubber membrane or GRP fibreglass, both carry solid long-term performance in the wet Cheshire climate. For pitched work, we use concrete interlocking tiles, natural slate, and clay plain tiles depending on what suits the building and the budget.

How we actually work

We come out, look at the roof properly, and tell you straight what needs doing. No inflated scopes, no vague write-ups. The assessment is honest, the price is clear before we start, and the work is finished to a standard we are comfortable standing behind.

However, the one thing I would say is this: if a price sounds too low, ask why. Good materials and proper fixings cost what they cost, there is no way around that.
