Every material behaves differently once it hits Essex ground conditions. Porcelain needs a solid, well-prepared sub-base or it will shift. Natural stone wants proper pointing or the joints open up fast. We have seen both go wrong on jobs we have been called in to sort after someone else has walked away.

Matters of drainage.

We also fit timber fencing, build garden walling, and lay both roll-on turf and artificial grass. (Not every patio company will touch the soft landscaping side, and honestly, we did not expect to enjoy that part as much as we do.)

How we work

We are not a big crew. We are a small, focused team and that means the standard stays consistent. If you live somewhere like Castleknock or out towards the Pelletstown end of things, you will know how quickly a badly laid patio can deteriorate through a wet winter. The same applies here in Essex.

However, good groundwork is what separates a patio that looks great in the photos from one that still looks great five years on. We take the sub-base seriously, we get the falls right, and we finish the edges cleanly.
