How we work

We’ve done external wall insulation finished with silicone render on houses from Thomastown out to Callan and up near the Rock of Cashel. The silicone render is low maintenance, it handles the Irish weather well, and it leaves the house looking clean and solid. But none of that matters if the prep work underneath isn’t done right, and that’s where a lot of jobs go wrong. We don’t cut corners there.

And damp and condensation are often part of the picture too. We take that seriously on every job, not just as an afterthought.

SEAI grants

We help customers through SEAI grant applications. A better BER rating reduces your bills and adds real value to the property. We’ve guided plenty of homeowners through the process around Kilkenny city and further out into the county.
