What we do

We cover everything a builder covers. That means new builds, extensions, structural alterations, groundworks and foundations. If the job involves block, brick, concrete, or render, we’re comfortable with it.

The kind of work we actually do

Take rendering. We’ve done a lot of K Rend exterior finish on houses across the county, from properties close to the coast near Brittas Bay where salt air eats through cheaper finishes, to older homes up around Rathnew and out past the Murrough where the original render has just had it. K Rend done right holds up. Done badly, it cracks and lets water in behind. We know the difference.

And that attention carries through to everything else we do. A new extension needs proper foundations, not just a skim of concrete and hope. Blockwork has to be plumb and tied correctly or the whole thing moves down the line. It’s not complicated. But it has to be done right first time.

Where we work

We’re based in Wicklow Town and take on jobs across the surrounding area. Most of our work comes from people who’ve seen a job we did nearby, which is probably the most honest form of advertising there is.
