Cast iron or modern aluminium, we know both

Older Dublin homes, especially semis built before the seventies, often still have cast iron guttering. Good material when it’s maintained. We can restore and re-seal it where it’s worth saving. For a full replacement, however, aluminium seamless is usually the smarter call. No joints to leak. Lighter on the fascia. Holds its colour well (and we’ve matched some awkward browns over the years, I won’t pretend otherwise).

Fascias and soffits

Rotten timber fascia is the thing most people ignore until the gutter actually falls off. We replace like for like in uPVC or cap over existing timber where the structure is still sound. Clean finish. Proper sealed joints.
