What we do

From the first bracket to the final downpipe connection, guttering is the whole focus here. We work across D6, D6W and the surrounding southside postcodes, taking on everything from a cracked uPVC section on a mid-terrace to a full cast iron restoration on an older semi. The work itself

Over the years, timber fascia softwood rot remediation has turned up on more jobs than most homeowners expect, it often sits quietly behind ageing uPVC boards until we pull them back. We replace rotten sub-fascia before any new board goes on, so the finished line holds true.

We work with:

• uPVC half-round, ogee and square-line gutter profiles
• Aluminium seamless guttering, cut and formed on site
• Cast iron gutters, re-sealed or fully restored
• uPVC and aluminium fascia and soffit boards
• Leaf guards and gutter mesh fitted to existing runs
• Hopper heads, rainwater diverters and water butt connections
• Bracket re-spacing to restore correct fall where gutters are pooling

We cover as far south as Rathfarnham and use Our Lady’s National School on Rathfarnham Road as a rough marker for where our regular run ends.

Getting the fall right

A gutter that looks level to the eye is often the problem. BS EN 12056-3 sets out the minimum gradients for gravity drainage systems, and we size outlets and set falls accordingly, rather than guessing. Most blocked or overflowing gutters we attend are a pitch issue, not a blockage.

• No deposit required on standard repair and maintenance calls
• Larger installations: 30 per cent deposit on confirmation, balance on completion
• We accept bank transfer, debit card and cash
• Invoices issued same day on job completion
