Roller blinds are a simple and well established window blind. Choose the fabric of colour, texture and design with suitable properties to achieve the required effect.
- Blackout fabric - to block out light completely. This is a popular choice for bedrooms.
- Light diffusing fabric - to allow in some light to diffuse through the blind. Depending on the fabric texture and colour it is possible to achieve striking sunlight/shade patterns
- Uniview blinds offer privacy and sunlight protection.
- Wipeable fabric - for bathrooms and kitchens. These are normally heavy blackout fabrics.
The Control options for roller blinds are either a spring system or a side chain. The side chain allows accurate raising and lowering of the blind position.

The specification of a roller blind is completed by choosing a bottom shape and pole and turret options

Roller blinds can be installed in bay windows

Roller blinds can have a decorative braid option. Braids come in many colours.
Brackets and support brackets are used to hang the blinds on either side of the roller blind.
If you specify Inside Recess the manufacturers will require the size of the recess (and not the size of the blind). The manufacturers will make the blind to fit into the window recess.
